The client wanted to build their dream home. They purchased a piece of land, but unfortunately, the intended location of the home was in a ravine. We worked to develop the site, added fill dirt and installed a drainage culvert to divert the water shed from above. 

 

Once the land was developed, we began construction on the 9,500 square foot custom home. We designed and custom built all of the finish work in the home. The home includes features such as: a custom bar, coffered ceilings, custom mantles, outdoor kitchen with stone fireplace, pool, dry sauna, gym, finished lower level, and mother-in-law suite.
